Tracking Your Order:
When your order ships, we e-mail you a Shipping Confirmation E-mail. If tracking
service is available, we include the Tracking number in your Shipping Confirmation
e-mail (if you do not receive a tracking number, then tracking service is not
available for your package).

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you
may return it within 15 Days of receipt and receive a free replacement or a
full refund for the price of the product. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
To return your item(s) please pack them pack them carefully and include the
Packing List included with your order. Be sure to specify the reason for the
return, and what action you would like us to take: Free Replacement or Refund.

When your order ships, we will e-mail you a Shipping Confirmation. If tracking
service is available, we include the Tracking or Airway Bill number in your
Shipping Confirmation e-mail (if you do not receive a tracking then tracking

Gifts:
This is a gift, is the recipient going to see the costs?
The packing slip does include pricing information. The e-mail notifications,
however does reference pricing so if you are sending a gift, we suggest you
do not use the recipient's e-mail address.
Can my gift include a note?
We can add a note on plain paper . Just write your note in the order instruction
area on the Order Invoice. We will remove the packing slip as it contains pricing
information.
How is my order packaged?
We package your order in USPS supplied packaging supplied by the United States
Post Office.
